Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Important: This platform facilitates random anonymous connections between users. We are not responsible for any content, conduct, or interactions that occur between users. By using this service you accept full responsibility for your own conduct and any consequences thereof.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OmeTalk ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must stop using the Service immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this Service. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service, and we will terminate access if we become aware a user is underage.
3. No Authorization or Endorsement
OmeTalk is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Omegle.com, its operators, or any third party. Any resemblance to other services is incidental.
We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user, their identity, intentions, or content. All connections are random and anonymous.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:
- Share, display, or transmit any sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or abuse any other user
- Expose, display, or distribute content involving minors in any sexual context
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Solicit personal information from other users, especially minors
- Transmit spam, viruses, or any malicious code
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in any activity that could harm, overload, or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Record, capture, or distribute your conversations without the other party's consent
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. No Moderation or Monitoring
We do not actively monitor, review, or moderate live video or chat conversations in real time. The Service operates as a technical relay — we facilitate connections but have no visibility into the content of your conversations.
You use this Service entirely at your own risk. You may encounter content that you find offensive, harmful, or disturbing. We are not liable for any such content or for any psychological, emotional, or physical harm arising from your use of the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Connections will be successfully established or maintained
- The service is free from viruses or other harmful components
- Any content transmitted through the service is safe, accurate, or appropriate
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill
- Personal injury or emotional distress arising from use of the Service
- Conduct of any third party using the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed USD $0, as this is a free service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OmeTalk and its operators, contributors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, code, and branding belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Any content you transmit through the Service remains your own. You grant us no rights to that content — we do not store or retain it.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. On termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and indemnification) will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
